Which excercise classes at my local gym will help tone my belly.?
I’ve always had a strange figure. I have nice legs and even when I put on weight through my pregnancy my legs stayed really skinny however I have always suffered from a podgy bloated belly. I’m a size 10/12 so am a healthy weight I just want my figure to be well portioned and my belly to become toned. My local gym is offering the following classes and I want to know which ones will the best for toning my belly rather than my legs:
Spinning
Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics
Dance Aerobics
Yoga
Body Attack
Body Pump
Body Conditioning
Body Combat
Stability ball
Step and Tone
Pilates
Belly Dancing
