im 28 yrs old i started boxing at 13 till i was 17 from that point till 2 yrs ago i stopped however i been back 2 seasons and i love it the only thing thats letting me down is my ring fitness but i train hard most days so i dont understand could it be my training routine or am i too old to pick up where i left off
i think it could mostly be your training routine my brother is the same age as you and his been boxing since he was 11 yrs old but he cant box in a ring because of a knee injury but his ring fitness is just as it was when he had and won his last fight 7 yrs ago so i would say you need a new trainer good luck

Summer Wedding Ring Planner – It’s Never Too Late to Start!
Summer is here and wedding season is in full force. July is a slower month than June, but come August the number of people walking the aisle increases with September proving to be a strong month as well. The warm weather months are certainly ideal for holding a marriage ceremony with guests finding it easier to plan their busy schedules around an important day of celebration.
If your marriage is still a month or two away and you haven’t picked out your rings yet, don’t fret. Setting a church, synagogue, or mosque date, arranging the hall, catering, putting together the bridal party, honeymoon, and everything else takes time; now that you have that the bulk of the work has passed, you can spend a relaxing, stress-free time choosing wedding bands.
Finding the Perfect Wedding Rings
every bride has an idea of what ring she wants and, if possible, the ring that he’ll be wearing too. If your man is hesitant about wearing a ring, then put aside your plans for matching bands. Though having rings that match can be a wonderful public expression of your love for each other, that shouldn’t be a critical point. Many men find rings to be uncomfortable, so if your platinum round pave set diamond wedding ring doesn’t come in an equivalent ring for him, don’t fret – wear the ring you want and let him pick out the ring that he likes.
Traditional, Contemporary, or Both?
Styles of rings vary from the traditional to the contemporary, with many women choosing to blend both. Fashion designers such as M Danhov understand what brides want and that includes diamonds – lots of them! For example, the Ladies 18k White Gold MY4 by Danhov Diamond Wedding Band represents the ultimate wedding band: four rows of 2.15 carats of pave’ set diamonds in white gold. Stunningly elegant, yet amazingly refined, rings from the Danhov Collection are admired and desired worldwide.
Men have many choices too when it comes to wedding bands. The rules have changed to the point where any man, if he likes them, can have a wedding ring that is encrusted in diamonds too. A customized ring can be made that fits his personality and, if your are one lucky woman, match your ring too. One special note: many men prefer comfort-fit rings, those wedding bands which have rounded inner edges to them.
When Ordering Your Rings
On-line ring buying has grown in leaps and bounds because consumers have discovered that they can get the same rings through mail order that they can buy at the local jewelry store. Because retailers like James Allen have a small overhead, the savings are passed on to the customer in the form of lower prices. Moreover, in many cases on-line purchases are delivered state tax free, translating into additional savings for the happy couple. That ring selling for $6000 at the mall jewelry shop could retail for under $5000 on-line!
No matter where you choose to buy your wedding rings, finding a pair that satisfies you both is very important. Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime event, and a day you’ll want to cherish forever. Find the right pair of rings and you’ll have a forever reminder of your commitment to each other, rings that will satisfy both husband and wife.

Welcome to this 2 part guide to help you get everything you will need to know when purchasing trampoline replacement parts.
In order to purchase the correct trampoline replacement parts for your trampoline there are a few pieces of information you will need to know about your trampoline. Brand, model #, spring/v-ring count, and frame size to name a few, will all help you in this tiresome journey, but some additional information may also be needed depending on which part you plan to purchase.
If you still have any of your trampoline manuals, this experience when turn from long and hard to quick and easy. Your trampoline manual is the exact guide you will ever need regarding your trampoline.
Now if you are one of the many to have thrown your trampoline manuals long ago you will have to know how to correctly measure each trampoline part in order to purchase the compatible trampoline parts. Often times if you do know the trampoline brand and model, you will have a much easier time to find the correct products.
Today I will let you know what you will need and how you will get it when purchasing trampoline springs and trampoline mats (Frame size, Mat Size, Spring Size, and Spring Count). It is always a good idea to measure everything a few times to get a correct measurement.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR TRAMPOLINE FRAME
Normally you will just need to measure the frame end to end. For rectangular trampolines you will need 2 measurements, length and width wise, both end to end.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR MAT SIZE
Much like the trampoline frame, your trampoline mat is measured end to end, not including the v-rings. Before getting started I would suggest measuring the mat attached to the frame. If detached having a friend to help is advised. Be sure to only measure the jumping mat material only. It is also a good idea to measure in both feet and inches.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SPRING SIZE
It is important to start off by measuring a spring that is unworn. Trampoline springs are measured hook to hook. You will be measuring both the coils and the hooks.
TRAMPOLINE SPRING COUNT
To get the trampoline spring count simply count the amount of v-rings on your mat, spring holes on your frame, or the springs still attached to your trampoline. Either method will give you a correct spring count.
Be sure to check back soon for part 2 of my trampoline part purchasing guide. You will learn what is needed for purchasing trampoline pads and enclosure systems/nets.
Ensure safer trampoline use by making sure to follow the original instructions carefully and to test all trampoline parts periodically. Buying the model specific trampoline net will provide not only the best fit, but the safest fit. If you cannot find the specific net for your particular model, then consider a universal net if your enclosure system is a straight pole system.
