Best mass building exercise with the Perfect Push-Up?

I have a set of those Perfect Push-Up things – I’ve been using them a few months now to get used to them and stuff, and they seem to work pretty well – at least that’s what my upper body muscles tell me after each workout.

I know the poster boy for the product spent many long hours in the gym before advertising their thing. I’m not gullible enough to believe he got that ripped just by using the Perfect Push-Up ;)

But my question would be what’s the best exercise to build straight up pectoral mass with the Perfect Push-Up?

Put them on towels then on a tile or wood floor. Start with a wide grip and as you push up squeeze your hand together to they then touch each other at the top of the movement. Go slow and controlled as to not hurt yourself. Also you could just put your feet up on a chair or coach to focus more on the upper portion of your chest and make the exercise harder. Or put book in backpack and wear it while doing push-ups to increase the weight.

Don’t Overdo Your Poster Printing

One of the best things you can do for your poster printing is to get your poster templates simple and sweet that your target clients can easily get to the heart of your message. On the other hand, the worst you can do is to overdo your design that your message gets choked into oblivion just because you wanted to exercise your imagination and creativity to the fullest.

Overdoing your design for your poster printing is definitely a no-no when it comes to creating your poster templates. For one thing, you put too much that you overwhelm your target clients that they get confused on what message you are really trying to convey to them. And that with too many elements, you are just giving your target clients a major headache that they would want to junk your print poster for giving them a hard time reading your message.

With all the wonderful and cool features and effects that you can use to make your poster design look even better, it is not surprising that you would want to use every single one in your poster layout. However, too much of everything can also cause major gagging.

So before you risk overdoing your poster design, be sure to read on these tips to help you keep everything at a minimum in your poster templates.

Always keep to the standards. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel as they say. Poster templates are available so you don’t have to create your own design anymore. By sticking to their dimensions, you not only help your poster printing company reproduce your print posters easily and quickly; but you also make it possible for your target clients to have an easier time of understanding what you want to tell them.

Make your colors coherent. Don’t try to get all the colors of the rainbow in your poster layout. Not only is this process hard work, it also costs much to apply the different color inks to your poster template. It also reduces your poster print into something that is too loud and irritating for your target clients’ eyes. Coherence and simplicity can make your print poster more acceptable and interesting to your prospective customers.

Use as few fonts as possible. Again, don’t be too excited that you would want to get all the new fonts in your design. It may only result to an amateurish attempt of printing posters. A sign of a professional is always simple and brief. A disorganized and cluttered design would never get you anywhere with your target clients.

Highlight one graphic image. Remember that your target clients would only have as few as 11 seconds to size up your poster. If they can’t get everything in that few seconds, your poster printing would just be a waste of time for you, not to mention such a waste of your money and resources. So choose one primary image that would catch the attention of your target clients and make them want to stay and read more. Your primary image should be enough to get your message across without having to be too forward about it.

And finally, always keep your elements to a minimum. Nothing beats a simple yet compelling poster print that gets the job done of getting your message across as quickly as possible. Remember that your goal is to have your target clients understand your message that they would want to act on it right away.
