Intermediate Pilates for an hour, or a 1 mile jog?
I want to get toned really fast for the summer. about 4 months! aahh! would it be better to gon a a mile jog every day or do 1 hour of intermediate pilates? what exersises have you found helpful to just TONE and not loose weight fast? thankyou!
I would say do the pilates, if your not looking to lose weight, i def would not jog for an hour, that is a very long time. maybe do like a 10 min jog after pilates to add to your toning, but pilates are a better bet because they work your muscles and bring them out more for that toned look you are seeking.
