Pilates And Cardio

Can anyone recommend a weight training regimen to pair with my cardio and Pilates?
I am looking to lose 10 lbs in about 8 weeks. I am currently doing about 200 minutes of cardio per week as well as Pilates. I want to add weights to that routine to switch it up a bit. I’m not looking to get bulky, just lose fat and tone. I can’t afford a gym membership, but have access to 2 lb, 5 lb and 8 lb free weights. I’d appreciate some feedback. Thanks!
please do not listen to the first guy, he is an idiot. eat 5-6 times a day, well balanced and smaller meals, it will speed up your metabolism. 2-3 meals, plus 2-3 snacks. with your weight training, keep your reps high for tone and burning fat. make sure your reps are however slow and controlled, pausing each time you perform a repetition, before going back to to the start position. Try doing 3-4 sets of each exercise, 1st set do 12-15 reps, 2nd set do 10-12, 3rd set do 8-10, and 4th set do 6-8 reps. always make sure to incorporate your core, keeping it stable. trying merging two exercises into one, like doing lunges incorporated with curls, or squats coupled with shoulder raises for the extra burn and heart rate increase. just always make sure to incorporate some protein after, anywhere from 10-15 grams is fine for your needs. this will help repair your muscles. building muscle in turn helps to burn fat. your muscles will need to be able to heal, and protein is essential. trust me, you will not get big and bulky, you will be cut and lean
