Running shoes or basketball shoes for fitness?
Which types of shoes should I get? ALSO what brand? Adidas, Nike, Puma?
if you are not going to be playing basketball, then there is no need to buy basketball shoes.
running/tennis shoes are usually good for just about any activity.
i have always been a big fan of nike and an even bigger fan of adidas. really, it’s just up to the individual. what works for one may not work for another.
i’ve had people complain about my favorite shoe that worked terrific for me, and i have complained about shoes that worked fine for others.
just go to each of their websites and learn about the different brands and types, and try them on and walk around in shoe stores. you’ll find that perfect shoe!!!
