Ladder Exercise
Do I exercise enough for SpecWar? How much is too much exercise?

I am currently navy active. I will be attempting to cross into the special warfare side of the branch soon.
I currently 4-5 times a week, run about 5 miles, swim about a mile and do about 1 1/2 hours of calisthenics:
150 dead-hang pull-ups pyramided from 12-12,11-11…
800 pushups-in 35 reps intervals right after pull ups,
100 flutter kicks right after push ups
1 1/2 minutes on the Jacob’s Ladder right after flutter kicks
220 dips, sets of 10 reps after jacobs ladder
1 minute on the viper (rope climbing) machine after dips
All this is done until I am done with the pull-up pyramid set, with 1 to 2 minutes rest between the sets
