applebee’s dinner and workout idea…?
I had 600 calories throughout the day (all healthy)
then my mom took me out for dinner and i had
a little more than half of the chicken fajita roll up [just the chicken and the cheese that comes with it in it] and fries as a side.
i know its super bad..i ahvent ate THAT extremely bad in so long. but how many calories would that be?
I plan on going to an hour long pilates class tonight, that is intermediate level.
will that burn off most of what i ate? or would it be better to also add in 1.5-2 miles of jogging along with the pilates?
i feel like a fat cow after eating that. my stomach even hurts!
now, i weigh 128 pds, 5′4-5”, 17 yrs old.
so…what is best for my situation?

A large flour tortilla topped with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, grilled chipotle chicken, shredded lettuce and pico de gallo. Rolled, sliced and served with a Mexi-ranch dipping sauce is 642 calories. I don’t know how much it would be without the other 2 things, probably not that big of a difference.
But if you only had 600 calories from earlier, then thats a total of roughly 1242 calories for the day. Which is healthy. So just go to your pilates class- you’ll be fine.
