What are some of the best work out videos – dance ones!!!?
OK guys, I just bought a DVD called “Dance it off!” It’s by Prevention.
I was really excited because it sounded like a lot of fun!! Dancing to lose weight. Well it was kind of corny – it’ll still be fun, but I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good dancing workout video – I prefer hip-hop, but it doesn’t matter as long as it is FUN and HIP!!!!!

Turbo Jam – hip hop type music. It’s not dance proper, but it’s Tae Kwon Do in dance form. There’s a 20 min short intense and a 45 min full session and a fast paced weight/dance routine.
