What are some good workouts I can show her?

if you are a fit athletic guy and are kind of showing your friend around the gym and showing her the ropes, what are some workouts I could teach her for about an hour?

I was thinking:

1. situps
2. crunches
3. bicycle crunches
4. medicine ball oblique exercise
5/ squats
6. light weights (curls)
7. leg weights

she wants to work her glutes and abs alot.

oh yeah pushups on a bosu ball too

and rowing, russian twist, and hanging knee raise for abs



If she were at a gym, I don’t think she would be interested in sit ups, crunches, or bicycle crunches imo, because she probably wants to use the equipment.

When I’m at the gym, I prefer using equipment such as the lat pulldowns, dip assist machine, squats with the weights, pull up bar, and leg curls.

4, 5, and 7 and 3 when I think about it. Pushups are great, and the hanging knee raise (straight leg raises are a lot tougher and work abs even more).

Oh and cardio is the best thing to lower body fat–to define abs and make them visible. Do cardio after strength training so as to not induce fatigue while lifting weights. Weights before cardio, always.
